The Estate

San Lorenzo de Cugó is a beautifully restored rural estate set within 300 acres close to Sant Climent in the south of Menorca, extending to the Camí de Cavalls, the historic coastal hiking trail. Es Canutells beach is around 20 minutes' walk through the grounds, Sant Climent village is three minutes by car, and Mahon is 15 minutes away with its excellent waterfront restaurants.

The estate is fully staffed and exceptionally well equipped, with a 26m swimming pool, gym, outdoor dining areas, and landscaped gardens featuring a treehouse. The owners cultivate an extensive orchard producing their own fruit and vegetables, keep hens, and produce wine from their own vineyard. The interiors are spacious and comfortable, with neutral tones and colourful accents creating a calm yet energised atmosphere.

The estate centres around a restored main house and separate guest house, offering both space and flexibility for larger groups. Interiors are light and considered, with high ceilings, natural textures and a calm, easy feel throughout. A full in-house team supports every stay, allowing the house to run effortlessly from morning through to evening. San Lorenzo de Cugó is a rare combination of scale, privacy and service, with a direct connection to the island's southern coastline.
